What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan, bank transfers, Easypaisa, JazzCash, and credit/debit cards via secure gateway. For premium orders, we also offer advance bank transfer options. All payments are processed securely.

How long does delivery take?

Express delivery takes 2-3 business days for major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad). For remote areas, allow 4-6 business days. You'll receive a tracking link via SMS once shipped.

What does the 2-year warranty cover?

Our 2-year warranty covers manufacturing defects, hardware failures, and battery issues under normal use. It does NOT cover physical damage, water/liquid damage, unauthorized repairs, or accessories like chargers/cables. To claim warranty, contact our support team with invoice.

How do I return a product?
