  • Power Surges: Damage from improper voltage, faulty chargers, or electrical fluctuations.
  • Accessories: Chargers, cables, earphones, and carrying cases (covered by 30-day replacement).
  • Normal Wear & Tear: Cosmetic scratches, paint fading, or battery capacity loss over time (below 70% capacity is covered).

Important details about your coverage

What documents are required for a warranty claim?

You must provide the original invoice/receipt showing date of purchase, product name, and serial number. For online orders, the order confirmation email is sufficient. Without valid proof of purchase, warranty service may be denied or charged.

Will I get a replacement or repair?

At our discretion, we will either repair the defective product using genuine parts or replace it with an equivalent model. If the exact model is discontinued, a comparable or upgraded model will be provided. Replacement devices carry the remainder of the original warranty period.

Is the warranty valid internationally?

The warranty is valid only within Pakistan. For international customers, please contact us before shipping any product back. We may offer partial support or arrange service through local partners depending on the brand.

How long does the repair process take?

Typical turnaround time is 5-7 business days from the day we receive your product. Complex repairs might take up to 14 business days. You will receive status updates via WhatsApp or SMS throughout the process.

Can the warranty be transferred to a new owner?

Yes, the warranty is tied to the product, not the original purchaser. If you sell or gift the device, the remaining warranty period remains valid as long as the new owner provides the original proof of purchase.
